Chassis: It is mostly a retractable track type hydraulic chassis with a low center of gravity, wide track action surface, overall stability, and is not easy to tip over. Drill rods: There are mainly two types of drill rods: internal friction type external pressure telescopic drill rods and automatic internal locking interlocking type external pressure telescopic drill rods. The former is suitable for construction in soft soil layers, while the latter is suitable for construction in hard rock layers. Nowadays, rotary drilling rigs are usually equipped with two different types of drill rods.

Auxiliary support legs: Various types of rotary drilling rigs in China have designed support leg systems, which are hydraulic systems and adopt a deformable structure that can automatically extend and retract, ensuring the stability of the equipment during maintenance.

Hydraulic system: Safe and energy-saving, the whole machine is operated by a dedicated combination pilot control, which is coordinated with the electronic control system to achieve interlocking of drilling and displacement amplitude functions. The lifting and lowering of the drilling mast, as well as the pressurization of the power head, adopt unique low flow LS control and electric proportional control. The power head adopts an automatic variable motor, which can automatically change the output torque and speed according to the load.

Control System: Adopting an embedded engineering machinery electrical control system, with complete functions, advanced and reliable, and easy maintenance. Equipped with a highly reliable embedded engineering machinery controller and a true color LCD display screen, integrating virtual instrument technology, it has a fully Chinese English human-machine interface and is easy to operate.

Power system: Generally, engines using high-pressure common rail, electronic direct injection, turbocharging, and air cooling technology have the characteristics of low fuel consumption, low emissions, low noise, and low vibration.

Power head system: designed with reliable lubrication, strong power, and super strong drilling torque, equipped with a reducer and motor, as well as a circulating lubrication system and cooling device. Its control system adopts a variable pump, which can automatically change torque and drilling speed according to different geological conditions.
